Reset Windows 8.1 To Factory Settings

In desktop mode press the key combination ‘Windows’ key + i.
Select the option “Change PC Settings” from the menu.
Click on “Update & Recovery” and then on “Recovery”.
Select your type of refresh option — full factory or just removing your files.
